There must be an error on usatobaccoonline website as I see that
a pouch of Golden Virginia was sent to your new shipping address.

Please confirm that overall you are missing 7 pouches thus far from both orders.
(excluding the resent of one pouch from order 302028 e.g. 6 pouches)

Dear Saar, I have been in contact with Jane A at support regarding the above order of which I am 4 X 250g packages missing I have sent the customs seizure notice as asked and arranged an alternative delivery address all ok so far but on checking my order status on site: usatobaccoonline.net it appears she has shipped 1 pack L&M Box Light/Blue Cigarette on the 11/11/2009 which are of no use to me as my original order is for Golden Virginia rolling tobacco, I assume that I will now have to arrange for the person at my alternate address to not accept the delivery as return to sender, could you possibly help me sort out this confusion. I am also having a problem with order #95803 for which I have forwarded a Post Office customs charge notice for 3 packages (attached to this message as well) they will return to sender in 21 days. I am aware that UK Customs are really clamping down on these trades at the present time and feel it would be better to initiate a refund for the parts of my orders not received. I do regret this as with resonable delivery I was hoping to continue with many more orders. Thank You, Regards, Jim

Hi, according to Canada Post, my order went through customs and was released for delivery on november 4th, yet no further updates have been given. I believe they may have been stolen by a postal worker. Will you find out what happened, and re-send them, or will I have to re-order them?

Hey, ordered a carton of Nat Shermans, they got to the canadian border, and went through customs. It says it was released to be sorted by Canada Post, and that was back on NOV 4. I'm very sure that the carton was stolen.

I'm order # 101501 and I like to thank you. I got my cigarettes under 2 weeks and im in NYC. I'm trying to order more but it seems like the system isn't working. When I click checkout it doesn't do anything. Also, it is showing 6$ shipping for each carton? Please let me know about this! Thanks again.

Hey DFD,

Just wanted to add some balance to the debate; or rather, give another side to the story.

Far too often, satisfied customers don't write in to complement good service; let it not be so with me. My experience with DFD has been exceptionally good -- great in fact. They are prompt to respond to issues; they send out the product as soon as humanly possible; and the product itself is of the highest quality.

I see a lot of complaints from the European customers. Well, if you hadn't let your nations slip into Orwellian/parasitic-privacy invading-over taxed welfare states, you wouldn't have these problems. I wouldn't be carping and whining at DFD over your dilemma; contact your overbearing customs agents; they're the problem. DFD sends you your order; your government intercepts it; you allow it to happen; so, where's the issue? DFD does not craft your nation's nefarious customs and tarrif policy, the slack-jawed imbeciles who fancy themselves 'leaders' do.

But, for those of you in the States, order with confidence. You can count on top-quality products about ten days after you order. I highly reccomend the roll your own brands -- specifically: Van Nelle(Zware and Halfzware), Drum, Samson, and Golden Virginia...in that order. I get a little over one hundred cigs per pouch; and at five pouches per pack, that's over two and a half cartons (for about 25 bucks). I'm no math-wiz, but that's value by my humble reckoning.
