My order shows that it is shipped (# 103897) but am unable to track it. I tried the Israel Post site with no success. Can you give me an update?

Firstly I am a little confused by what you are calling a pouch! to me a pouch is 1 x 50g tobacco which I have been calling a pack and a package is the carton containing usually 5 x 50g packs tobacco. Below is the transcript of my last mail to Jane A yesterday:

Yes I think the order #s are getting mixed up I will try and clarify this, I have 1 order with www.usatobaccoonline.net # 302028 for 50 X 50g packs of Golden Virginia sent in 10 packages to date I have received 6 packages 30 X 50g packs and 1 customs siezure notice I prsume for the 4 packages not delivered. I have attached the notice again. I also notice that in my order status for the resend of 1 package to my alternative address has now changed from L&B Cigarettes to Golden Virginia so that bit seems to be ok now (Hopefully)

The other order # 95803 is with www.dutyfreedepot.com for 90 X 50g packs of Golden Virginia being sent in 18 X 250g packages, to date on this order I have received 4 X 250g packages and 1 customs charge notice for 3 packages from Royal Mail (attached) these items will be returned to sender in 21 days as paying the charge would make it too expensive. I hope this clears up any confusion. a pouch of Golden Virginia was sent to your new shipping address.

Please confirm that overall you are missing 7 pouches thus far from both orders.
(excluding the resent of one pouch from order 302028 e.g. 6 pouches)
